3D Printing / Rapid Prototyping

3D Printing / Rapid prototyping is a great way to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part or assembly by using CAD model. This gives ability to test prototypes and make necessary improvements to design before moving to final manufacturing stage.

I am offering my clients 3D printing services using materials such as: PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS and Resin. My printing facility includes SLA and FDM machines which are able to cover a wide range of prototype requirements.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the most common methods of 3D printing. FDM printers extrude a thermoplastic filament in a series of layers over a build plate to create a three-dimensional object. FDM printers for their ability to produce high-strength, lightweight, chemically resistant products with excellent dimensional stability and a high heat tolerance.

SLA (stereolithography) is one of the most widely used vat photopolymerization technologies. It creates objects by selectively curing a polymer resin, layer by layer, using an ultraviolet (UV) laser beam. The materials used in SLA are photosensitive thermoset polymers that come in a liquid form. SLA 3D printing provides high level of precision and details however overall strength as well as mechanical usage is always following behind FDM printed parts.
